Pan Roasted Chicken


Ingredients

3 large chicken breast

Cypress Ridge Caramelised Garlic balsamic

Garlic

Butter
-
Cannellini beans

Diced tomatoes

Capsicum

Fresh parsley

Sweet paprika

Method

Combine 3 tbsp caramelised garlic balsamic with 3 garlic gloves, crushed and 3 chicken breast. Marinate for 45 minutes to absorb all that yummy flavour

Once ready, melt butter in a heavy baking pan and add chicken breast, cooking on a high temperature until lightly golden brown on each side.

Add 1 tin drained and rinsed cannellini beans, 2 chopped tomatoes, half a large capsicum sliced and any remaining marinade along with a handful of chopped parsley and sprinkle of paprika.

Give the pot a mix, drizzle with some extra caramelised balsamic and place covered in the oven at 180* for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately with your favourite greens
